Online ordering is processed through Toast, a third-party platform. By placing an order, you also agree to Toast's terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, item unavailability, or suspected fraud.
Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed. In such cases, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
We deliver within approximately 3 miles of our Shadyside location. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, weather, and other factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed securely through Toast. We do not store your payment information.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours at (412) 661-9991 or contact@pizzaperfectta.com. We handle refunds and credits on a case-by-case basis. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are being prepared.
Our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, shellfish, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies when ordering. We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergens.
The Perfectta Rewards program is operated through Toast. Points are earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed for rewards as described in the program. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time. Points have no cash value.
